1. Tuesdays 10am-11am EST = Time reserved for brand new CHIME newers that need assistance with setup only (profile, integrations and exploring the settings wheel, some best practices). Also, I reserve this group for agents that are thinking of signing up for Chime.

2. Thursdays 10am-11am EST = Time reserved for existing CHIME clients that have all the setup . This consists of feature training, lead management, filters, landing pages, best practices, etc)

CHIME has that help center (upper right hand corner with the question mark) with a learning point and click management system and screenshots. I'd always look there first so you get instant results. If needed, we also have support that you are aware of and live chat.
